The PRS SE Custom Standard 24-08 is built for players who want maximum versatility without overcomplication — a guitar that adapts to any style and setup.
Based on the iconic Custom 24, PRS’s flagship design, the Standard 24-08 keeps everything that matters: balance, comfort, and a familiar PRS feel. The all-mahogany body, 24-fret maple neck, rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, and 85/15 “S” pickups deliver a clear, modern PRS tone that works equally well straight into an amp or through a full pedalboard.
What sets the 24-08 apart are the two mini-toggle switches, allowing independent coil-splitting for each pickup. This gives you eight distinct pickup combinations — from full humbucker power to brighter, single-coil-style tones — all instantly accessible and musically usable.
The PRS patented molded tremolo provides smooth feel and solid tuning stability, making this a guitar you don’t have to fight. It simply stays in tune and does its job.

Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
