Delivery within Serbia

We deliver orders within Serbia by City Express courier service.

For orders delivered within Serbia, standard delivery costs 500 RSD for orders below 10,000 RSD.

Standard delivery is free for orders of 10,000 RSD or more.

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after the order is placed, provided that the ordered products are in stock and the payment has been confirmed.

After dispatch, most orders within Serbia are delivered within the following two business days. However, the exact delivery date depends on the courier service and may vary due to courier workload, delivery route, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery time within Serbia:

• Belgrade: usually within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Other parts of Serbia: usually within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Other delivery methods, including same-day delivery, express delivery, store pickup, or special delivery arrangements, may be agreed with the customer in advance. The availability and price of alternative delivery methods are confirmed separately before dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to selected countries.

The exact international shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout before payment, based on the delivery address and the available shipping options.

Estimated international delivery time is usually up to 14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international delivery may take longer due to customs processing, the current workload of customs authorities, courier delays, holidays, import procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation and stock availability check.

If an item is not immediately available, requires additional preparation, setup, inspection, or special handling before shipping, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch time.

Some musical instruments may require inspection and setup before dispatch to ensure that they are shipped in proper condition.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable, additional delivery costs may apply.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will check the shipment status with the courier.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please report the issue to the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
