The Manuel Rodriguez Magistral F-C is a full-size (4/4) concert classical guitar designed for advancing students and experienced players seeking a traditional Spanish sound with modern comfort features. Built entirely from solid tonewoods, it pairs a solid cedar top with solid Indian rosewood back and sides, a combination known for producing warm bass response, rich overtones, and strong projection.
A genuine Spanish cedar (cedro) neck with ebony reinforcement supports an ebony fingerboard, while the traditional Spanish heel construction contributes to stability and resonance. The guitar features a 650 mm scale length, 52 mm bone nut, and a 12-hole “Moreno” rosewood bridge that improves string break angle and simplifies restringing. A factory-fitted armrest enhances playing comfort and helps prevent the forearm from dampening the soundboard.
Finished with a natural shellac top and eco-friendly high-gloss lacquer on the back and sides, the Magistral F-C offers a refined appearance alongside its responsive tone. It is particularly well suited to classical repertoire, fingerstyle playing, and vocal accompaniment where warmth and clarity are equally important.
Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
For online orders we manually pack each guitar into a ton of wraps and carton and also have full insurance for all our shippings. So that you wouldn’t worry that something might happen on the way.
