The SE Custom 24-08 Poplar Burl Limited Edition blends PRS’s signature design with modern tonal versatility through the innovative “08” pickup switching system. Crafted with a mahogany body, maple top, and a striking poplar burl veneer, this limited-edition guitar offers both visual appeal and a resonant, balanced tonal foundation.
At its core are PRS TCI “S” pickups, providing rich, full-bodied tones with clarity and warmth. The mini-toggle switches open up a wide palette of sounds, from thick humbucker sustain to bright, articulate single-coil clarity, making it equally at home on stage or in the studio. With a 24-fret rosewood fretboard, Wide Thin maple neck, and a 25” scale length, the SE Custom 24-08 ensures smooth, comfortable playability across complex leads and driving rhythm parts.

Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
