The Sigma SDR-35 is a dreadnought acoustic that leans fully into that classic “big guitar, big sound” philosophy, but with a few details that quietly say this is not your average workhorse.

With a solid Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides in a three-piece configuration, it delivers a rich, full tone with deep bass, clear highs, and plenty of headroom. The addition of a solid Madagascar rosewood wedge in the back is not just for looks, although it definitely looks great, but also adds a touch of extra character to the overall sound.

The dreadnought body naturally brings volume and power, making it ideal for strong strumming and full arrangements, but it still holds together nicely when you ease off and play something more controlled. In short, it can be loud when you want it to be, and polite when it needs to be.

The mahogany neck has a comfortable low-profile shape with a slightly wider nut width, giving your fingers room to move without feeling bulky. Ebony on the fingerboard and bridge adds a smooth, premium feel, while the bone nut and saddle help with sustain and tuning stability. Grover open-gear tuners with butterbean knobs complete the vintage look and keep everything reliably in tune.

Finished in a polished gloss with an aging toner, and coming with a softshell SSC-D case, this is the kind of guitar that looks traditional, sounds powerful, and feels like it is ready for years of playing without asking for much in return.

Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)

Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.

For online orders we manually pack each guitar into a ton of wraps and carton and also have full insurance for all our shippings. So that you wouldn’t worry that something might happen on the way.
