The Sigma S000R-1 is a 000-size acoustic that keeps things simple, but in that confident, “I know I sound good” kind of way. With its compact 000-14 fret body and clean high gloss finish, it feels right at home whether you’re on the couch, in the studio, or deep into a late-night session.
Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, it delivers a clear, articulate tone with warm lows and detailed highs. The 000 body shape gives it a focused sound with strong mids, making it ideal for fingerstyle while still handling light strumming with ease.
The mahogany neck has a comfortable low-profile shape, and the slightly narrower 42.9 mm nut width keeps everything fast and easy under the fingers. A bone nut and saddle help with sustain and tuning stability, while the micarta fingerboard and bridge add durability and consistency. Chrome diecast tuners keep things simple and reliable.
It’s not trying to be flashy, and that’s exactly the point. With models like this, Sigma Guitars proves that a well-built, great-sounding guitar with a classic design is sometimes all you really need.
Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
For online orders we manually pack each guitar into a ton of wraps and carton and also have full insurance for all our shippings. So that you wouldn’t worry that something might happen on the way.
