The PRS SE Custom 24 Quilt, Teal Black is one of the most refined versions of the classic PRS SE platform, combining iconic design, modern playability, and a premium visual upgrade.
It features a mahogany body with a quilted maple veneer top, giving it a rich, balanced tone with strong mids, tight lows, and a bit of natural brightness from the maple. The “Teal Black” finish with the quilt top is one of its standout features — it shifts color depending on light, giving it a deep, high-end look that easily feels closer to US Custom-level guitars than an entry SE model.
The guitar uses a 25” scale length, 24-fret Wide Thin maple neck, which makes it fast, comfortable, and very familiar for modern players who switch between rhythm and lead work.
For pickups, it comes with PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers, which are known for being clear, punchy, and versatile. They can also be coil-split via a push/pull tone control, giving you convincing single-coil-style sounds when needed.
Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
