Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you  :)

Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time,  adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.

For online orders we manually pack each guitar into a ton of wraps and carton and also have full insurance for all our shippings. So that you wouldn’t worry that something might happen on the way.

Svaka gitara u našoj prodavnici je potpuno proverena i podešena od strane naših lutijera za gitare, tako da gitara bude udobna za sviranje i bez zujanja. Ako imate neke posebne želje u vezi sa podešavanjem, recite nam (ili navedite) prilikom narudžbine i biće nam drago da savršeno podesimo gitaru za vas :)

Takođe, morate imati na umu da je drvo živi materijal. Geometrija gitare se malo menja vremenom, prilagođavajući se temperaturi i vlažnosti, pa nema podešavanja koje može trajati večno. Da bismo vam uštedeli glavobolju, imamo besplatnu uslugu podešavanja za naše instrumente! Ako osetite da nešto nije u redu, možete nam doneti gitaru kako bismo sve vratili u njeno savršeno, originalno stanje.

Za online porudžbine ručno pakujemo svaku gitaru u tonu omota i kartona, a takođe imamo i potpuno osiguranje za sve naše pošiljke. Tako da ne brinete da li će se nešto dogoditi u putu.
