ASAT Classic as his name suggests is a tele with a classic configuration (pay attention to the bridge - this is the same authentic “box”), one of the most temperamental in the collection. MFD ceramic pickups and a redesigned bridge with brass saddles take nasal, chirping, tele «twangs» to new heights, transforming this guitar into a gentle giant that can go from soft whisper to explosive overdrive in the blink of an eye with just the right hand dynamics.
An instrument with an attitude that is waiting for the owner who has one too. A visual image of ASAT in one of the most classic colors - butterscotch blonde, the same that started it all. Simple, like all ingenious, design brought to the absolute with half a century of experience of Leo Fender. Strike a few warm, wide, saturated with overtones chords and it will be impossible to put this guitar down.
FD stands for Fullerton Deluxe series guitars made at the birthplace of bolt-on guitar exactly the way Leo Fender imagined them to be. All FD instruments come with original G&L gigbag and Certificate of Origin with a detailed specification of the instrument.
