The DiMarzio DP389BK Tone Zone T is a rail-style humbucker made for the bridge position of Telecaster-style guitars. It brings the strong bass, rich midrange, and harmonic character of the original Tone Zone into a compact single-coil-sized housing. The pickup is adjusted for the Tele bridge’s angled mounting position, helping the low strings stay clear while smoothing the brighter upper frequencies. Its ceramic magnet, 12.39k-ohm resistance, and 300mV output suit rock, hard rock, and high-gain lead playing. Four-conductor wiring supports series, parallel, and coil-split options, while the hum-cancelling design reduces unwanted noise. This version has a black finish.

Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
