The PRS S2 Mira Satin in Red Apple Metallic is a stripped-down, high-performance PRS built for players who want raw simplicity, fast response, and a punchy, focused tone.
At its core, the Mira is all about directness. Its mahogany body delivers a warm, mid-forward sound with strong attack and natural compression, making it especially good for rock, punk, alternative, and blues-driven styles. The satin finish keeps the feel smooth and open, letting the wood resonate more freely while also giving it a fast, broken-in playing feel right out of the box.
The PRS S2 humbuckers are voiced to be clear but aggressive, with enough output to handle gain while still staying articulate when clean. This makes the guitar sit easily in a mix without getting muddy or overly compressed.
The set mahogany neck is comfortable and stable, with a slightly shorter scale feel compared to some PRS models, which adds to its relaxed, effortless playability. Combined with the rosewood fingerboard, it has a warm, natural response under the fingers.

Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
