The PRS Core McCarty 594 Hollowbody II in Charcoal Burst blends vintage-inspired design with the refined craftsmanship of PRS’s Core series. Fully hollow with carved maple top and back over mahogany sides, it produces a warm, resonant voice with impressive sustain and clarity. Despite its lightweight build, the guitar maintains excellent note definition and low-end depth, making it suitable for everything from jazz and blues to classic rock and fusion.
The 58/15 LT pickups are designed for a vintage-style response with open highs and detailed mids rather than aggressive output. Dual volume and tone controls, along with push-pull coil splits, give the guitar a wide tonal range from rich humbucker warmth to articulate single-coil textures. The Pattern Vintage neck and 24.594-inch scale length contribute to the relaxed feel that inspired the “594” name, offering a familiar playing experience for players who prefer traditional instruments.
Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)
Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
For online orders we manually pack each guitar into a ton of wraps and carton and also have full insurance for all our shippings. So that you wouldn’t worry that something might happen on the way.
