The new Cutlass Bass 2018 RS will blow your mind when you hear that it has a brand new flamed maple neck with a rosewood or maple fingerboard (fingerboard depends on the body color of the guitar). It has retained all the original specifications from the vintage electronics, modern tremolo system to its signature lightweight birch wood body. The 4+2 string system (4 left, 2 right) keeps the strings in perfect alignment, which makes the tuning incredibly stable. This kind of artistic work during the making of the guitar makes the Cutlass RS a perfection of highly-stylized human creativity, an antique look, accompanied by a modern design and ease with which it can be played. 2018 also marks the arrival of Firemist Silver – a new finish variant for the Cutlass Bass.

Every guitar in our store is completely checked and set up by our guitar luthiers so that the guitar is easy to play yet without buzz. And if you have any special wishes regarding setup - tell us (or specify) when making an order and we will be happy to make a perfect guitar for you :)

Also, you have to keep in mind that wood is a living material. Guitar’s geometry changes a little over time, adjusting to temperature and humidity, so there is no setup that can last forever. To save you a headache, we have a free setup service for our instruments! If you feel that something is off you can bring it to us so that we can return everything to it’s perfect original state.
